This site is a working demonstration of the Edgent VForce platform against the RFP’s three components: SEL survey administration (Component A), the district data platform that integrates and governs the underlying data, and the public-facing community transparency dashboard (Component C). Everything shown runs on live infrastructure with synthetic data only — no real student records are represented anywhere.

Component C · Live demo

Community Transparency Dashboard

Public, aggregated enrollment, achievement, attendance, climate and community-schools data with automatic N-size suppression — fully responsive and WCAG-minded, fed live from the district data product.

Component A · Survey administration

SEL Survey Administration — Askura

Askura is the survey layer: customizable SEL and climate surveys delivered as conversations over chat and SMS, with tokenized respondent links, multilingual chrome, and analysis the moment replies land. The public site includes a live student check-in survey demo.

Live loop · Try it yourself

Take the climate survey → watch the dashboard update

The whole pipeline is live: submit a response to the SEL/climate survey (delivered by Askura) and it flows through the district data product into the Climate & SEL perception survey panel on the public dashboard — the response count and competency averages move within a few minutes. Responses land in the current survey window as synthetic demonstration data.

Take the climate survey → Watch it land on the dashboard →

Responses flow through the live data pipeline (ingestion, refinement, aggregation with privacy suppression) and appear here within a few minutes. The dashboard updates live: no refresh needed.

Data & Orchestration — VForce Lakehouse

The RCSD demonstration data product running inside the VForce Lakehouse: raw events land in rcsd.bronze, are refined into conformed rcsd.silver entities, and published as the rcsd.gold aggregate tables this dashboard reads. Pipelines are authored and scheduled as visual flows in the platform’s orchestration designer.

  • VForce Lakehouse catalog — the rcsd catalog with its bronze/silver/gold schemas (22 gold tables) and the district_kpis table detail.
  • Flow orchestration designer — the RCSD MTSS gold pipeline that rebuilds every rcsd.gold table, edited in-platform.
  • Lakehouse SQL editor — querying rcsd.gold.enrollment_trends live (synthetic rows, real platform).

Governance · Privacy by design

Governance & Audit

Every access to district data is recorded in a hash-chained, tamper-evident audit log, and subgroups under the District’s N-size threshold are suppressed automatically before anything reaches the public site — FERPA, COPPA and NY Education Law §2-d aligned.

The dashboard’s audit-integrity panel — chain verified, per-action counts, and the current chain head.
